Good governance matters
The board oversees strategy, finance, safeguarding and organisational accountability. Trustees work together with the team to understand our impact, manage risk responsibly and make decisions in line with the charity’s purpose.
Trustees provide governance and oversight. They do not replace emergency or specialist statutory services.
